Fred Sittner, MBA, CFP ®
Fred, a principal and co-founder of Sittner & Nelson, has provided technical and practical expertise in the areas of financial planning, investment analysis and management for over three decades. During his tenure, Fred has had the privilege of building lasting personal relationships with his clients and their families.
Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oregon State University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Finance from the University of Oregon. His MBA provided him with the analytical skills necessary to create a practical process that has made his firm a success. Fred became a CFP® professional in 1984.
Fred served as the President of the Walnut Street Securities Advisory Board, the Eugene Kiwanis Club, the Kiwanis Foundation and the Eugene Airport Advisory Committee. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon State Society of Certified Financial Planners and is currently a member of the Eugene Estate Planning Council.
Fred has been married to his wife, Debbie, since 1978. They have three sons and a Golden Retriever. Fred is an avid fly fisherman and a runner.
